Judit Hegedus

Judit is a Harvard Business School graduate, seasoned top management professional with distinguished career of 20+ years assuming leadership roles in steering entire range of business operations with prestigious organizations both in the corporate and the academic sectors. She started her career as the CEO of the Hungarian subsidiary of a US-based multinational corporation and served as a senior executive in international management teams. There she gained expertise in financing and managing complex multicultural organizations and building high performance international teams.

Judit has hands-on expertise as the managing partner of a transatlantic business consultancy providing tailor-made services in the areas of strategic advising and business development. Visited more than 90 countries and using her experience gained in international projects, she successfully provided strategic consultancy services for international clients shaping successful business strategies leveraging her global acumen the company’s position and drive sustainable growth.

As a Lead of D&I Practice Group CEE at InterSearch Worldwide she worked with many Fortune 1000 companies on implementing inclusive leadership strategies, finding executives with great leadership potential and across geographical and cultural borders as well as developing culturally competent employees and create an inclusive work environment.

As an expert of European Union in Horizon program, as well as Eureka/Eurostars program she can drive change and contribute to the innovation and renewing of Europe by evaluating the most innovative European SME-s.

She is also senior lecturer at the Budapest Metropolitan University.

The Austria based FemaleFactor selected Judit one of the Voices for a New Era of Leaders in the Viennese City Hall in September 2024.

Judit holds a master’s degree in economics from the Budapest based Corvinus University, an MBA from European Business School, Germany and she is a Harvard Business School alumnus (AMP 177). She is fluent in English, German, and her native Hungarian.

Her deep expertise in EU innovation management and global business leadership is a great asset to her role as an Advisory Board Member at AIvantGuard AG.
